CDL/Bus Driver

CDL Drivers

$28 per hour- $2,500 Sign On Bonus

Van Drivers

$19 per hour (or more based on experience)

$750 Sign on bonus, 6 Hours guaranteed per day

Must meet the following requirements

• Valid Illinois License
• 3 years of Driving Experience
• 23 years or older
• Must have excellent driving record
• Must pass criminal background
• Must be eligible for school bus permit
• Must pass drug test
• Able to read maps and use a smartphone/tablet GPS

Job Responsibility

• Safely operate school bus during designated times & routes.
• Responsible for transporting students to and from Home & School along scheduled routes
• Requires patience and personality to effectively communicate with children that are younger
• Follow safety rules 
• Requires to have and maintain a commercial drivers license
• Follow safety rules as students on board will cross the street
• Perform pre & post trip inspections of any bus to be operated by yourself
