Job Description
This position is responsible for enhancing the University's image by strategizing and implementing a University-wide integrated marketing and branding plan involving marketing strategy, advertising, publicity, marketing research and associated marketing collateral. Serves as a central University marketing contact with internal and external constituencies to ensure all marketing efforts align with university strategy and priorities. Tracks metrics and prepares regular reports to share with stakeholders.

Working knowledge of branding, marketing and communication tactics and strategies. Working knowledge of advertising mediums, tactics, and operations. Exceptional oral and written communications skills. Demonstrated skill in working effectively in a team setting to achieve goals.
Demonstrated ability to implement policies and procedures effectively within a decentralized setting. Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with University departments, faculty, staff, and students and outside vendors, agencies and contacts.
Demonstrated ability to use the web, news media and social networking sites for marketing purposes.
