Education:Bachelor's degree with a discipline in business administration, statistics, or related field preferred. In place of a degree, 8 years of management support experience required
Experience:8 years of analyzing and interpreting data and statistical values and providing support and advice based on data and implications. Preferred experience: 10 years, five of which were in a leadership support role

Job Duties
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interprets data, including statistical values, and provides advice and consultation regarding implications; may make recommendations for adjustments
- Designs and creates databases
- Provides and interprets data to support departmental leadership in the development of long-range and short-range plans
- Plans develops, and coordinates special projects and assignments
- Conducts research on best practices, policy issues, and resources to guide and inform on the development of special projects
- Represents management in inter-departmental meetings to support and facilitate communication and action between departments
- Attends executive staff and operational meetings to keep abreast of plans, projects, decisions, issues, etc., about the various functions of the organization
- Provides extensive coordination for all facets of the department while maintaining the highly confidential nature of the department's administrative matters
- Oversees collection and reporting of complex and confidential related information
