What’s it like to work at HBI?

We look for field team members who love working outdoors, take initiative and have the desire to grow within the company. If you’re looking for general labor jobs with no experience, we’d like to meet you. We provide on-the-job training and with a good work ethic, you may be offered a promotion into a higher position, such as a foreman.

Traveling to job sites is common for our field crews. But, there isn’t a need to worry about out-of-pocket expenses. We provide per diems and hotel rooms for our crews.

Our field employees work on aerial and underground cable installation:
  • Loading and unloading equipment

  • Locating existing utilities

  • Preparing cable routes

  • Placing cable

  • Restoring the site when completed
