Quality Specialist - 3rd Shift

The 3rd Shift Quality Specialist  is responsible for developing and delivering Quality and Operations support for product industrialization and process optimization for HARIBO product manufacturing.

• This role promotes high quality standards and a culture of continuous improvement, and ensures that the company’s quality standards are consistently maintained in the product.
• This role will be responsible for drafting quality standards, conducting audits, evaluating production quality, advising management on ways to improve operations.
• Responsible for the daily management and support of quality in operations as well as for the strategic planning.
• Prepare and implement QA/Food Safety policies and procedures.
