Responsibilities will include planning, organizing and coordinating the clinical and administrative functions and staff of the ASC, including hiring the staff. Will monitor managed care contracts, reimbursement levels and revenue cycle performance; monitor vendor/service contracts and performance; review financial reports; operating statistics and ensure compliance with all AAAHC, Medicare rules and regulations and all other state and federal regulatory agencies governing ASC's.

Responsible for coordinating building/mechanical repairs throughout the center.

Bachelor Degree required

preferred experience in management

scheduling and billing in medical/dental office setting

Ambulatory surgery center/healthcare office experience with pediatric population highly recommended
