Beginning level is minimum $3,133.53 per month
Job Summary
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF CLASSIFICATION: Under the general supervision and evaluation of the Superintendent, the Accounting Technician performs a variety of complex clerical accounting work related to preparation and maintenance of accounts in an assigned area; maintains accurate and detailed records related to District financial procedures and governmental regulations
Requirements / Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Possession of valid California driver’s license and good driving record. • High School Diploma or equivalent to ensure the ability to read, write, and communicate for successful job performance. • Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation clearance • TB clearance • Pre-employment District physical examination including drug and alcohol screening clearance • Possession of a valid first aid certificate within six months of appointment to the position • Possession of a valid CPR certificate within six months of appointment to the position • Type 40 words per minute
