Newly Created Position!
Choice Party Linens is currently looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to work on-site in Prospect Park, PA, Delaware County.
The position is approximately 80% B2B Inside Sales and 20% Customer Service. During peak seasons, the position is more Customer Service oriented.
Key job responsibilities are:
* Outbound calls and following up on leads
* Identifying sales opportunities
* Maintaining interaction with active clients while identifying new clients as well as new business
* Answering incoming calls during peak seasons
* Flexibility in hours during peak season
* Ability to travel within the Continental US to Trade Shows in locations such as Orlando, Las Vegas, Dallas, San Diego, Chicago, and New Orleans
Some sales experience preferred. Customer Service experience required.
Salary
$42-45k annually, plus monthly new customer and bi-annual performance based bonuses

Responsibilities
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Upselling products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
LRS job duties, as need warrants
Requirements:
High school diploma, some college preferred
2 years previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong listening and sales skills.
Ability to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Must pass a Background Check.
