CCCS Inc. is accepting applications for the following positions: Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC)

The Licensed Addictions Counselor provides assessment and review of all Chemical Dependency cases including counseling in individual and group settings to adult offenders housed at the WATCh/CCP Program in Warm Springs.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Preferred candidate will have a BS in Human Services or related field and one-year experience in Social Service field. Montana Licensure as a Licensed Addictions Counselor is required. Licensed eligible applicants will be considered. One (1) year of experience working with adult offenders in a correctional facility is preferred. Behavioral Technician Behavioral Technicians provide security, transportation, recreation, and maintenance services as required by their position and program needs.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES: High School diploma or equivalent and one-year experience working in a corrections, addictions treatment or other human service program/agency. Supervisory experience and experience working in a correctional or other human service type facility/program is preferred. Case Manager Case Managers are responsible for providing support and guidance to the clients on their caseload while monitoring all aspects of participation in the WATCh Program. The goal of the Case Manager is to ensure clients adhere to program and societal rules while establishing a release plan supporting a crime free lifestyle.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES: A Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences or appropriate Behavioral Science field. At least two (2) years’ case management or counseling experience in a correctional or human service type position. Salary is depends on experience.
